2. General information
We process personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions (in particular the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). This website is a purely informational page (one-pager) with no user accounts, online shop or contact form.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by a service provider in Germany (Hetzner). When the pages are accessed, information that your browser transmits is automatically stored in so-called server log files: browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the date and time of access, and the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Fonts (Google Fonts)
To display fonts consistently, fonts from Google (Google Fonts) are embedded. When a page is accessed, your browser loads the fonts from a Google server, by which your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Map
The location map is embedded as a static image (not an interactive map service). No data is transmitted to third parties when viewing it. Only when you click on the map or „Get directions” are you redirected to Google Maps; Google’s privacy policy then applies.
6. External links (Instagram, Google Maps)
Our site contains links to Instagram and Google Maps. Only when you click on them do you leave our website; we have no influence over the respective providers’ data processing. These services’ content is not loaded automatically.
7. Video (YouTube)
A video is embedded in the „Behind the scenes” section. Initially, only a preview image stored on our own server is shown – there is no contact with YouTube/Google. The actual video is loaded only after you click, in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once it starts, Google/YouTube’s privacy policy applies. The legal basis for the embedding is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. No statistics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are used.
9. Your rights
Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
